Santa’s Pets

In Santa Claus Village at the Arctic Circle, you’ll find the welcoming Santa’s Pets (in Finnish: Tallitontun piha). Visit, feed and meet our friendly reindeer, and meet fluffy alpacas, goats, sheep, rabbits, donkeys and various birds, or enjoy winter fun by sliding down the little hill on site! Guests can also use our Lapland hut (kota) and campfire/barbecue area; their use is included in the price. You can buy food for a small barbecue in our Elf Shop. Santa’s Pets is a place in Santa Claus Village where you can easily meet reindeer of Father Christmas all year round at a reasonable price.

As an extra service, Santa’s Pets also offers lovely reindeer walks and alpaca walks in the forests of Santa Claus Village. You can also enjoy a 15-minute alpaca hangout in our alpaca enclosure. These activities must be booked in advance through our online shop. We also offer private visits to Santa’s Pets, as well as Northern Lights excursions in Rovaniemi and tours to Ranua Wildlife Park.
