For more than thirty years, Santa Claus has welcomed visitors from every corner of the world at Santa Claus Office. Families arrive from different continents, children step into the room with excitement, and people of all ages share a moment with Santa that often becomes a treasured memory of their trip to Lapland.

Over the years, countless Christmas stories have begun here at the Arctic Circle. Many guests return years later, sometimes bringing their own children to meet Santa in the very same place where they once stood themselves.

Visiting Santa Claus Office

A visit to Santa Claus Office is simple and welcoming. Entrance is free of charge, and guests are welcome throughout the year.

Meeting times with Santa cannot be booked in advance. If there is a queue, everyone waits for their turn. During the busiest season, from late November to early January, arriving earlier in the day is recommended to help ensure entry on the same day.

You are warmly welcome to visit on your own, with friends, with family or as part of a group.

Meeting Santa Claus

Your visit begins when Santa’s friendly elves welcome you into the office and guide you towards Santa’s room.

The highlight of the experience is the moment you meet Santa Claus himself. Guests have the opportunity to greet Santa, share a few words, and enjoy a magical encounter together.

To allow everyone to fully enjoy the moment, guests are kindly asked not to use their own cameras during the meeting. Instead, our Photographer Elf captures photos and video of the experience.

Afterwards, these memories can be purchased as:

• a digital photo and video package
• a printed A4 photo

Digital files remain available for download for 400 days after the visit, allowing you to revisit the moment long after returning home.

Add a little extra Christmas magic

Many guests choose to make their meeting even more special by arranging a Surprise Gift from Santa Claus.

The gift includes something soft, something useful, something meaningful and plenty of Elf spirit. Santa gives the gift during the meeting, creating a magical moment especially for children and families.

The Surprise Gift can be ordered online in advance or directly from the elves before the meeting.

Please note that it is not possible to bring your own gifts or prior information to the meeting.

During busy periods, some guests prefer a smoother and more exclusive visit. The Christmas Express Pass allows families and groups to skip the queue and enter Santa’s office through a dedicated fast-track experience.

With the Christmas Express Pass, your family is welcomed directly to Santa’s Office at the scheduled time, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed meeting with Santa Claus. This creates a special moment to greet Santa, share a conversation, and experience the magic together without the bustle of the main queue.
