Husky Park offers husky adventures in Santa Claus Village all year long! In winter, you can feel the thrill on a husky sled ride through snowy forests. In summer, you get to know our furry friends, and learn about their lives, care, and personalities.

Activities

Husky Rides

As long as temperatures are generally under 15C, Husky Park offers husky rides of different lengths, fitting all ages and mobility levels. If there is no snow, we use a wheeled carriage and offer 500m, and 1km options. During snowy season we use a sled, and depending on weather conditions, 500m, 2km and 5km options are available.

Husky Meet & Greet

During winter season, visitors can get tickets for a Husky Meet & Greet. In this 20 minute activity, a few huskies are let free in an enclosed area with visitors, and guides give you treats to feed the huskies. Get to know our huskies up close and personal!

Visiting Ticket

All winter activities come with a visiting ticket, granting you free passage to the park all day long. You can leave and return as you like. Explore the park, and meet our 130+ huskies, see how they live, get fed and how the sled teams are made!

Summer offerings

During summer, we offer a Guided Tour with a professional guide teaching your group about huskies and mushing culture, ending in a Husky Meet & Greet! Husky Hiking is also possible, during the day and under the midnight sun
