Restaurant Arctic Eye in Santa Claus Village offers tastes of Lapland and the North, with an international twist. Located in the center of Santa’s Igloos area, with large reclined glass windows facing North, it seats up to 120 people. In the late 19th century, weary travelers sought food and shelter at the historic Apukka tavern. Today, within those enduring timber log walls, you’ll discover Restaurant Aitta – serving great food to the travelers of today.

Aitta is situated within Apukka Resort on the outskirts of Rovaniemi, just a short 10-minute drive from Santa Claus Village. In keeping with the rich traditions of old Apukka, we offer Nordic cuisine with a contemporary twist, using locally sourced ingredients to ensure an authentic dining experience.

We offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily from early September to early April. You can choose from a sumptuous buffet or select a delicious dish from our à la carte menu. The centerpiece of our restaurant has to be either the grand stone fireplace with an oven or the tall windows, which provide a splendid view of Lake Olkkajärvi.

Log Restaurant Lumikartano is made entirely of massive logs, and is designed to produce an experience on it´s own, so is sure to set the perfect mood for dinner. It is located in the main building of the Arctic SnowHotel & Glass Igloos area and it houses also the hotel reception.

Our guests enjoy not only lunch and dinner at Log restaurant, our hearty buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of flavours and different breakfast options. Breakfast is always included in the accommodation rate whether you are staying in SnowHotel or the glass igloos.

Log Restaurant Lumikartano whit floor space of 500 m² taking up to 150 charter guests is ideal to serve lunches and dinners for big groups. Being rich in atmosphere, the restaurant space is an ideal venue for different events.

Kota Restaurant serves lunch and 3-course dinner in a magical atmosphere by an open fire. Kota Restaurant is located in the shores of Lake Lehtojärvi, a 30-minute drive from Rovaniemi city center and Santa Claus Village.

The location houses one of the largest snowhotels in the world -Arctic SnowHotel & Glass Igloos. The SnowHotel is open between December 15th – March 31st. Through out the autumn and winter season, this is the place to be to catch the Northern Lights, away from the city lights.
