Step into a fairytale! At Santa Claus Safaris, located in Santa Claus Village, you’ll discover the enchanting world of Santa’s Elves, meet Santa’s beloved huskies and reindeer, and choose your own Elf adventure. You might even hear a few of Santa’s best-kept secrets along the way.

For the first time ever, the Elves’ once-secret Training Center is open to all. With an admission ticket, you’ll join the Elves for fun, hands-on challenges. Test your skills in precision gift sliding, try Santa’s sleigh ride simulator, and sneak through the Hide & Sneak obstacle course. Complete the tasks and receive your official Elf Diploma, earning the honorary right to serve as a helper elf anywhere in the world.

Relax at the Elf Café & Restaurant, open daily, offering a cozy Christmassy atmosphere, treats, drinks, souvenirs, and a daily lunch buffet. Upstairs, visit the free Elf Wish & Meet to meet an Elf, take a photo, and write a letter to Santa. This magic is for everyone.

The unique Haunted walk is located in Rovaniemi’s countryside some 40 km from Santa Claus Village. The Haunted leads you through a secluded woodland trail filled with dark artistic installations, symbolic forest settings, and unsettling scenes such as the Inn of the Dead and the Lost Ravens Manor. The route is designed to evoke a sense of eerie storytelling, blending theatrical elements with visual surprises along the way.

The trail doesn’t base on jump scares, but is rather built to spark imagination and curiosity. It’s ideal for those looking for something different, atmospheric, and creatively unsettling.

After the walk, you’ll visit the Gallery of Dark Arts, a unique gallery featuring horror-inspired artwork, ghost-themed sculptures, and other odd pieces. The evening can be continued around an open fire, where warm drinks are served. On clear nights, there’s even a chance to spot the northern lights.

Come and warm up in a traditional Finnish sauna in Rovaniemi, enjoying its gentle heat! The bravest can try ice swimming in the cold pool next to the sauna. As you ascend the wide steps to the pool, you can choose how deep to go—just dip your toes or immerse yourself up to your neck. After a refreshing swim, it’s wonderful to return to the warmth of the sauna. If you’re lucky, you might even witness the northern lights during your visit!

Sinetän Saunahuone is located in Rovaniemi’s country-side, only 30 km from Santa Claus Village. The sauna is private for you and your group or family. We provide everything you need for your sauna experience, also a swimming suit if you want but it’s not necessary.
